East Coast Ecology employs a highly-experienced team of Ecologists, Environmental Scientists and Bushfire Practitioners.
We have helped clients successfully deliver thousands of Development Applications, State Significant Developments, and State Significant Infrastructure projects across NSW.
The East Coast Ecology team is comprised of former Local Government Officers who understand, manage and meet Council’s expectations.
Dr. Jack Tatler

Jack has a background in scientific research and publication that compliments his consulting career.
Jack has provided expert ecological advice for a wide range of clients including mining companies in Western Australia, scientific and conservation organisations in South Australia and Victoria, and local and state government in NSW. Much of Jack’s focus now is on assisting clients across NSW to get their development approved by Council.

Alex has over a decade of industry experience working as a consultant and for government in development assessments.
Alex has successfully assisted thousands of clients with their projects throughout NSW, Queensland and the Northern Territory, including some of Australia’s largest projects - Snowy 2.0, Western Sydney Airport, Inland Rail, Sydney Metro, and The Princes Highway.
